8. Electric Wiring

After opening braker cover at lower part of column and
connecting power lines to terminals at upper part of
braker, lift braker at the position of "ON". And
pilot lamp is light up. This time, operate to monolever
switch so certificate same a direction, spin indication
of cover and spindle spin indication. If it is not
same, please connect two lines among three(3) power
lines connected to machine by exchanging the 2 lines.
POWER ON
1. Set the external control handle at the bottom of the
column to ON.
2. If the ON button of the control panel located at the
left-hand side of the spindle box is pressed, the main
power will be set to ON and the pilot lamp will light
up. The machine has now completed operation.
Power Cutoff and Machine Repair
1. Press the emergency stop switch.
2. Set the external control handle at the bottom of
column to OFF.
3. Please make sure to cut off the main power during
machine repair, and repair after inserting a lock
device key is the MAIN BREAKER switch.
※ After work is completed or when repair and control of the machine are carried out, please make
sure to cut off the power. It may cause an electric shock.
1) Please do not give impact on the electric box.
2) Please make sure to use electrical accessories designated by our company.
3) Please have a person in charge of electric repair or a well-qualified person who can work safely
carry out the repair of electrical devices including the primary wiring.
