5. Transportation and Installation of Machine
5-1. Transportation and Unload Machine
◆Machine Unloading Method
During movement, transportation and unloading of
this machine, please put down the arm to the lowest
position ⓑ, the working
level, the spindle box at
table at position ⓐ, adjust
ⓔ zig at ⓒ, ⓕ zig at
the end of the T groove, and fixate the spindle box,
arm, and column sleeve completely.
Please
adjust
a
strong
enough
rope
or
other
instrument to the center of the machine as shown in
the following picture and use protection pads like a
thick fabric to prevent the rope from directly touching
the slideway face of the arm. Before lifting up the
machine, please recheck the centers of the rope and
machine.
◆Transportation Method of Machine
During transportation of the machine, please adjust
the center equivalent to the unloading method, fixate
the arm and column sleeve firmly, use protection
pads like a thick fabric to protect the machine as
shown in the picture with strong enough rope, and
fixate the machine firmly as shown in numbers 1, 2,
3, and 4 in the picture to transport.
