4-8. Column & Sleeve
Column is vertically assembled on Base by fitting

Column Sleeve outside, which allows Arm to elevate
through flesh side. The center between Column and
Sleeve is supported by Ball Bearing and Thrust
Bearing at upper part and Roller at lower part,
which allow Arm to easily rotate.
