7-6. Gap between Spindle Box and Arm Slideway Face & Balance Control
If the left/right balance of the spindle box cannot be adjusted, the balance of the spindle box
should be adjusted by the adjustment of the eccentric shaft.
If a set bolt is loose, the nut tightened at the
eccentric shaft is loose, and the lock nut is
tightened, the taper bush will be pulled out,
which will enable rotation of the eccentric
shaft.
If the nut is tightened after adjusting the
balance of the spindle box by the eccentric
shaft located at the left and right sides of the
box, the eccentric shaft will be fixated by the
taper bush.
At this time, please maintain the gap from the
arm at 0.02~0.03mm.
8. Electric Wiring
Set to "ON" after connecting a power line to the primary breaker and a ground wire to the
ground mount inside the external control handle box at the bottom of the column.
Please rewire by switching two of the three phases of the
R.S.T if the lamp is not lit after
checking if the pilot lamp is lit, by pressing the ON button in the control panel located at the
left-hand side of the spindle box.
As the reverse prevention delay is installed in
this machine, it will not operate if wiring is not
done correctly.
Power ON
1. Set the external control handle at the
bottom of the column to ON.
2. If the ON button of the control panel
located at the left-hand side of the spindle
box is pressed, the main power will be set to
ON and the pilot lamp will light up. The
machine has now completed operation.
Power Cutoff and Machine Repair
1. Press the emergency stop switch.
2. Set the external control handle at the
bottom of column to OFF.
3. Please make sure to cut off the main power
during machine repair, and repair after inserting
a lock device key in the MAIN BREAKER
switch.
