5-4. Balance of Product

Balance of the machine is very important to
maintain its processing
durability.
When the machine is initially installed, if it
is hard to maintain balance due to long period
of packing condition or a deformation generated
during transportation and unloading, please
carry out balance work in several weeks after
installation. Also, in order to maintain the
precision of the machine, please check the
balance condition of the base periodically.
Work Method
1. Please place a supplied leveling plate
(200× 120× 20) on the base bolt and lift the
machine to insert it into a hole of the
leveling bolt attached on the base and tighten
with a nut.
2. Please install the machine on the base and
put a level on the top surface of the base to
adjust the balance, and fill the surroundings
of the base bolt with concrete or mortar.
3. Please carry out balance work of the machine
again after the base is solidified completely.
4. Please remove the rustproof oil coated on
the processed surface of the machine after
completing balance work, and coat the slide
surface of each machine part with a machine oil
or equivalent quality oil.
5. Please clamp the arm to the middle position
of the column sleeve after the electrical
connection, and move the spindle box to the
center position of the arm and clamp it to the
column sleeve.
6. Please place a 1/100mm level on the top
surface of the base to adjust the left/right
balance with a leveling bolt. Please tighten
the nut of the base bolt lightly in sequence
after completion, and tighten it firmly after
checking again.

5-5. Oil Supply

In order to maintain the life and performance
of the machine for a long period, please
inspect the oil supply status periodically and
manage according to the daily oil supply table.

Spindle box
The spindle box will be supplied with oil
through the plug at the top surface of the
spindle box cover, and discharge will be done
through the plug at the bottom part of the
spindle box.
Please adjust the oil supply amount to the
middle position of the oil surface mirror
(during machine operation) in front of the
spindle box.
For gear and bearing parts inside the spindle
box,
operated by the trochoid pump is used.
During machine operation, please check the
status of discharge frequently through the oil
window installed at the right-hand side of the
spindle box.
Arm Elevation
Please supply the oil and discharge through the
plug at the top and bottom of the arm elevation
box, and for the oil supply amount, adjust the
oil surface to the middle of the oil surface
mirror located in front of the box.
Please refuel with oil by frequently operating
a lever pump on the left-hand side (B3 on page
19).
Please supply with oil for other oil supply
sites according to the daily oil supply table
and oil supply sites diagram.
