Please remove the chips rolled up in the tool, with a hook, etc. while wearing
protective goggles, after stopping the spindle and confirming the complete stop of
rotation.
Please work by gripping the processed object firmly with a vise. If you work
without gripping it, it is very dangerous as the object would pop out.
Please make sure to ground the machine after installation. There is a risk of
electric shock if grounded on an exposed gas pipe or pipe near the ground.
Electrical Danger (High Voltage)
Please fasten the power breaker and lock the device before service. If you work
without cutting off the power, there may be a risk of electric shock or bodily injury.
Please be careful when handling the processed object. You may get injuries if the
object falls on your feet or other parts of your body.
Please make sure to connect the electric wiring to the power where the short
circuit breaker is installed.
If the machine stops during operation due to abnormal power, it may resume
operation itself. Please keep away from the machine.
Please do not use where flammable gas is present.
Please check the position of the emergency stop button in order to immediately
disable it in an emergency situation.
When repairing, inspecting or exchanging tools, please make sure to work after
stopping the machine and cutting off the power. If any other danger is expected,
please make sure to cut off the power.
When installing the tools, etc., please work at a proper position.
During repair and inspection, please cut off the main power and inform the factory
manager.
Before turning on the power, please work after checking for any dangerous
objects near the machine.
Please have full knowledge of the contents written in the product manual.
Please do not use this machine other than its intended use.
Please do not use this machine beyond its use capability.
Please do not disassemble or modify arbitrarily.
Please use the standard power (voltage, frequency) imprinted on the motor.
When using the machine, please make sure to use the standard fuse. If you use a
nonstandard fuse or modify the electrical circuit, it will cause a serious electrical
defect.
When working, please wear clean clothing (safety protection gears such as
appointed working uniform, safety boots and safety goggles).
If the safety covers (belt cover and gear cover) of the machine are damaged or
lost, please contact us and make sure to use the machine after attaching them.
