Explanation on FLAP angle adjustment
The motor for angle driving is rotated to UP direction and DOWN direction by + key and – key, respectively from
the monitor stop position. If you keep pressing the key, the monitor carries out the continuous angle operation
A
from approximately 50 to 110° without step. When the setback is set to ON, pressing the key rotates the motor
for anteroposterior driving in the horizontal discharge direction and the angle is adjusted by changing the angle
voltage only for the effective portion of angle adjustment key in 600 ms after LIFTSW changes from H to L. In
three seconds after the adjustment, the motor for anteroposterior driving is rotated in the horizontal storage
direction in low speed and the brake is operated after LIFTPULSE changes from L to H.
B
Explanation on FLAP temporal tilting operation
Pressing the temporal tilting key from the monitor stop position rotates the motor for angle driving to 0° direction.
C
When the setback is set to ON, pressing the key rotates the motor for anteroposterior driving and the brake is
operated in 600 ms after LIFTSW changes from H to L, and then the motor for angle driving is rotated in 0°
direction.
D
The motor for angle driving is rotated for 900 ms after DEG0SW changes from H to L, and the monitor is stopped
at the horizontal position by brake. In seven seconds after that, the navigation system operation sound sounds
three times in one second intervals and in ten seconds, the motor for angle driving rotates in angle UP direction
and the brake stops at the last memory position. When the setback is set to ON, the motor for angle driving is
stopped at the last memory position, and then the motor for anteroposterior driving rotates in the horizontal
E
storage direction in low speed and the motor is stopped after LIFTSW changes from L to H.
Precautions on FLAP operation
1. For the angle position, the angle voltage should be checked all the time and the last memory should be
memorized by addition and subtraction of voltage. However, if the monitor is forcibly moved with hands etc., it is
F
not memorized.
2. If the predefined pulse cannot be detected during the horizontal operation, the operation should be stopped at
that point.
