Adjust plows. See Section 8.
Add oil to correct level. See Section 14 and 15.
Change gear case oil. See Sections 14 and 15.
Adjust plows. See Section 8.
Use correct preventive maintenance procedures. See
Section 15.
Repair or replace cylinder or valves. See Sections 13
and 22.
Adjust plows. See Section 8.
Use clean sand. See Section 3.
Adjust Flush water
Adjust plows. See Section 8.
Replace bearings. See Section 7.
Clean bearing; apply correct lubricant. See Section 7.
Add lubricant. See Section 7.

Use recommended procedures to prevent recurrence.
