3) Gradually add the remaining water and work it into the dough.
4) Knead the dough until it has a smooth surface.
5) Cover the dough with a clean cloth and leave it to rise in a warm place for
about 1 hour.
6) Then roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 2–3 mm and cut out mini
pizzas using the 8 pizza cutter.

Cleaning and maintenance

DANGER! ELECTRIC SHOCK!
Before cleaning the appliance, disconnect the power plug from the mains
power socket!
There is a risk of electric shock!
Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids!
WARNING! RISK OF INJURY!
Always allow the appliance to cool down before cleaning it. There is a risk
of burns!
ATTENTION! PROPERTY DAMAGE!
Do not use abrasive or aggressive cleaning materials. They can irreparably
damage the surfaces!
NOTE
It is best to clean the appliance as soon as it has cooled down. This makes
food residues easier to remove.
Wipe the appliance housing and the heating elements with a moist cloth.
If necessary, apply a mild detergent to the cloth and wipe with a cloth
moistened only with water. Dry everything thoroughly.
Clean the griddle 1, the pans 6, the spatula 7 and the pizza cutter 8
in warm soapy water. Dry all parts thoroughly after cleaning.

Storage

After it has cooled down, store the cleaned appliance in a dust-free and dry
location.
