English GETTING STARTED Operating Your Sprayer 1) You will need to prime the pump before using it. Start by filling the tank at least a quarter full of water. 2) Then open the suction valve between the tank and the pump. 3) Place the 3-way valve in recirculation position to allow liquid to recirculate back to the tank.
Page 14
English GETTING STARTED Operating Your Sprayer 4) If your applicator has the gas engine driven pump, open the top cap of the pump, and fill the pump with water. Before starting the engine make sure both the drain plug and prime plug are tightened securely to properly hold the sealing O-rings in place.

English GETTING STARTED Operating Your Sprayer 8) To fill the applicator, close the suction valve between the tank and the pump. 9) Make sure the 3-way valve on top of pump is in recirculation position, then connect storage source hose to your applicator and open the external fill valve.
