English GETTING STARTED Electrical Requirements The Brine unit requires a 115 volt, 20 amp circuit to operate. It comes supplied with waterproof wiring and plug ready to hook up. You will need a 115 volt outlet with a 20 amp breaker in your box. - Page 7 English GETTING STARTED Setting-up your Brine Master® 4) To achieve best results with your brine maker, use a good quality salt. The quality of your salt aides in speeding up the brining process and will eliminate having to clean out screens as often. 5) It is recommended to first fill the unit with fresh water to ensure there are no leaks and your power supply is correct.

English OPERATION First Batch of Brine 1) To start your first batch turn on your pump and open valves #1 and #3 to fill your hopper. 2) Fill your hopper to the bottom of the screen with fresh water. 3) You can begin filling your hopper with salt. - Page 9 English OPERATION First Batch of Brine 6) Reference the site gauge tube on your holding tank - Once it reaches 400 gallons stop adding fresh water - We recommend marking or putting a piece of tape to note this level. 7) Now you will start the brining process.
- Page 10 English OPERATION First Batch of Brine 12) As you are discharging your finished batch to your storage tank, fill your hopper with salt for your next batch. This will force some of the brine into your holding tank increasing your batch size. 13) Once all brine is discharged rotate valves to load fresh water and repeat steps.

English MAINTAINING The unit requires proper care for longevity and proper operation. Follow all requirements for pump and motor by reviewing their manuals that are included. At the beginning of each brining session ensure there are no hose or fitting leaks. The filter screen should be cleaned of any debris that would cause a flow issue. -

English TROUBLESHOOTING CONDITION REMEDY Flow rate is dropping 1) Check for a blockage on the screen. Hopper is backing up 1) Ensure there is no blockage on or overflowing internal hopper screen. 2) Clean debris or salt away from the screen. -
