If the Authentication Method is Built-in User Account for authtication, create a valid client account.
Wireless Client Connection:
1. Connect to the SSID(M500-Hotspot) on the laptop.
2. Launch the web brower, the hotspot welcome and authentication page pops up.
3. Input correct Username and Password then loging successfull.
