  • Page 2 Let’s get started. The following items are supplied in your box. Plug the power supply into the power source.
  • Page 3 Plug the power supply cable into the router. Turn on the router and make sure that the power light is on. Plug the telephone cable into the telephone wall socket.
  • Page 4 Plug the other end of the cable into the line in socket on the power supply. Plug the splitter into the line out socket on the power supply. Plug a telephone cable into the red port on the splitter.
  • Page 5 Plug the other end of the cable into the router on the port marked DSL. Attach the aerial to the router. Plug a telephone cable into the green port on the splitter.
  • Page 6 Plug the other end of that cable into the telephone. Plug the LAN cable into the first LAN port of the router. Plug the other end into the LAN port of the computer.
  • Page 7 Open your browser and type in your modem’s IP address, such as 10.0.0.2 into the ad- dress bar and press enter. Type in admin for both your username and password and select log in.
  • Page 8 From the billion 400G configuration page select the WAN menu option. Edit the existing username and password to what was supplied by your ISP and click on apply. Click on save Config and once a pop up box appears, click on apply.
  • Page 9 Confirm that the internet light is green, if it is still red, repeat the previous steps or con- tact your ISP to verify the username and password and for further assistance. Let’s set-up your Wi-Fi AND Wi-Fi connection. We’re almost there! Click on the WLAN menu option on the left-hand side of the configuration page.
  • Page 10 Rename the ESSID to your preferred Wi-Fi name. This is typically the Wi-Fi network name that will be broadcast by the router and you will be searching for to connect to. Now edit your WPA shared key to your preferred Wi-Fi password. It has to be at least 8 characters.
  • Page 11 Click on Save Config and once the pop up box appears, select apply. Wait for the pop up that says Save Config to Flash Successful and then click Ok. It is important to reconnect the router using your new Wi-Fi username and password. In order to connect a device to your newly created Wi-Fi network.
