    Riding Mode 4 Riding Modes are available: Sport, Touring, Urban, Enduro. The name of the active Riding Mode is displayed in the central part of the display, between the speed value and the rev counter. Each Riding Mode is associated with a different colour for the name and rev counter box.

  • Page 21 Attention Ducati recommends changing the Riding mode when the motorcycle is stopped. If the riding mode is changed while riding, be very careful (it is recommended to change the Riding mode at a low speed).

    Engine rpm indication (RPM) The engine rpm is displayed using a rev counter featuring a grey wake (A). When the wake becomes amber yellow (B), the instrument panel is warning the rider to shift up. The wake becomes flashing red (C) when the rev limiter trips (Over-rev).

    Motorcycle speed Speed indication is displayed increased by 5% and together with the set unit of measurement (km/h or mph).     Clock The clock is displayed in the upper right corner in the 12 or 24 hour format. To set the clock or change its format, refer to the chapter “Setting menu – Date and Clock". If there is a power failure (battery disconnection), the instrument panel will display dashes “- -”...

    Air temperature The ambient temperature is displayed in the lower left corner. The value is displayed with the “Air” message and indication of the unit of measurement (°C or °F). To change the measurement unit, refer to the chapter “Setting menu – Measurement Units”. The temperature value is displayed when ranging from -39°C (-38°F) to +125°C (+257°F).

    Engine Coolant temperature The engine coolant temperature is displayed in the lower right corner. The value is displayed together with the set unit of measurement (°C or °F). To change the measurement unit, refer to the chapter “Setting menu – Measurement Units”. The temperature display range goes from +40°C (+104°F) to +150°C (+302°F).

  • Page 30 Load Mode Setup This function allows changing the motorcycle load setup at any time, thereby modifying the suspension setup within the current Riding Mode. Briefly press button (16, Fig 3)to activate the Load Mode Setup menu. Using the UP and DOWN positions of the joystick it is possible to scroll through and select the desired load mode.
  • Page 31 Load Mode Setup – minimum preload This function allows setting the motorcycle's setup to the minimum height. Press and hold button (16, Fig 3). The motorcycle setup is brought to the minimum height and the corresponding icon is displayed. Press and hold button (16, Fig 3)again for a long time to reset the motorcycle to the previously set height.

    Ducati Connect This function allows activating the mirroring of the special apps (provided by Ducati) on the smartphone previously connected to the instrument panel. The apps must be properly configured on the smartphone. The smartphone must have been previously connected to the instrument panel, using the Bluetooth function in the Setting menu.
  • Page 33: Adaptive Cruise Control

    Adaptive Cruise Control This function allows you to activate and set the activation distance of the adaptive cruise control. From the Interactive Menu select the “Adaptive Cruise Control” item and press the joystick in the middle. The screen with the currently set level is then displayed.

  • Page 35: Heated Seat

    Heated seat This function allows the user to activate and set the seat heating. From the Interactive Menu select the “Heated seat” item and press the joystick in the middle. The corresponding window is then displayed where the currently set level is shown. There are 3 levels available: High, Low, Off.

    This function allows recording lap times and is only available in the Sport Riding Mode. From the Interactive Menu select the “Lap” item and press the joystick in the middle, the corresponding window (Fig 27) will be displayed. The function is set to “Off" by default, unless you have previously activated it: If it is Off, the word “ON”...
  • Page 37 Below the stopwatch is the current lap number. It is possible to record maximum 30 laps. Once the function is activated, flash button (10, Fig 3) must be used to start/stop the stopwatch: the first time the flash button is pressed, the stopwatch flashes for a few seconds.

    This function allows disabling and enabling the ABS system and is only available in the Enduro Riding Mode. From the Interactive Menu select the “ABS” item and press the joystick in the middle. The corresponding window is then displayed in which the current status of the function is displayed: “ABS ON”...
  • Page 40: Trip Master

    Trip Master This function calculates and shows the partial distance (in km/h or mph) travelled by the bike and is only available in the Enduro Riding Mode. The Trip master calculation can be set in incremental or differential mode and can also be temporarily stopped and reset to zero.
  • Page 41 Trip Master Controls From the Interactive Menu select the “Trip Master” item and press the joystick in the middle. The corresponding window is then displayed with the following controls available: “ON” or “OFF” pause or play to interrupt and resume Trip Master's calculation.
  • Page 42 Press and hold the joystick in the LH position for a long time, the instrument panel will return to the previous screen closing the Trip Master window.

    Music This function allows activating, deactivating and managing the music player. It is only available in the Touring and Urban Riding Modes and is only visible if a smartphone has been connected via Bluetooth. Important If the smartphone connected to the instrument panel via Bluetooth is disconnected or switched off, this function will not be listed.
  • Page 44 Music player enabling and controls To activate the music player, from the Interactive Menu select the “Music” item and press the joystick in the middle. The display shows the title of the song currently playing on the connected smartphone (A), along with the available controls (B).
  • Page 45 Note The full name of the track is displayed once, scrolling the characters from right to left, then only the first characters are displayed. If the title of the track is not available, “NOT AVAILABLE” will be displayed.

    Phone This function is only available in the Touring and Urban Riding Modes and displays the list of the last missed, made or received calls and is only available if a smartphone has been connected. Only the last 7 made, received or missed calls are displayed.
  • Page 47: Setting Menu

    Setting menu This menu allows enabling, disabling and setting some motorcycle functions. For safety reasons, you can enter this Menu only when the motorcycle speed is lower than or equal to 5 km/h (3 mph). If you are inside the Setting menu and the speed exceeds 5 km/h (3 mph) the instrument panel automatically displays the main screen.

    Setting menu - Bluetooth This function allows adding new Bluetooth devices and delete those already previously paired. Enter the Setting menu. Use the joystick (UP and DOWN ) to select “Bluetooth” and press the joystick in the middle or in the RH position.
  • Page 52 Pairing This function allows pairing a new Bluetooth device. The instrument panel manages 3 types of Bluetooth devices and a maximum of 4 devices paired and/or connected: 2 smartphones, 1 rider earphone and 1 passenger earphone. Note Before pairing a new device, make sure that its Bluetooth connection is active and that it can be detected by other Bluetooth devices.
