Functioning anomalies.

ERROR 01
230 VAC are present on clamps 2-3 of connector X7.
230 VAC are present at the ends of the igniter.

The cables between igniter and electrodes corresponds.

The igniter makes the spark.
Check the correct positioning and the correct distance of the ignition electrodes (see air-gas circuit) and replace them if necessary.
230 VAC are present on clamps 6-7 of connector X7.
N.B: measure the voltage within the safety time (8-10 s).
The connector and relative wiring between gas valve and P.C.B.
are OK.

The position and the distance of the ignition electrodes with respect
to the burner is OK (see air-gas circuit).
Replace the gas valve.
N.B.: before replacing the valve make sure that there is enough gas inlet dynamic pressure and that the gas valve is correctly calibrated.
The electrode detects a direct current of 6-8 µA during the burner
ignition phase.

c There are no combustion products in the air intake pipe.
N.B.: check the absence of CO
intake pipe.
Replace the P.C.B.
ERROR 02
The wiring between safety thermostat, flue safety thermofuse,
exchanger safety thermofuse and P.C.B. is OK.
The flue safety thermofuse positioned to protect the flue extraction
elements is OK.

The exchanger safety thermofuse positioned to protect the conden-
sation module is OK.
The safety thermostat functions regularly (intervention temperature
higher than 100°C).
Replace the P.C.B.
