Functioning anomalies.

No ignition block
The ignition transformer carries out the discharge.
a
The wiring between the ignition electrodes and P.C.B. is OK
230 VAC are present on clamps 1-2 of connector X7.
The connector and relative wiring between the gas valve and the
P.C.B. are OK.

The gas valve main coils are OK.
Replace the gas valve.
N.B.: before replacing the valve always check that there is sufficient dynamic pressure in gas input and that the adjustment screws of the minimum and
maximum heat output are correctly adjusted.
The electrode detects a direct current of 6-8 μA during the burner
ignition phase.

Replace the P.C.B.
Over-temperature safety thermostat block.
The wiring between the safety thermostat and P.C.B. is OK.
a
Check/replace the safety thermostat. If the anomaly should persist, replace the P.C.B.
The pump operates correctly.
N.B.: make sure that the pump operates at maximum speed.
Any heating system zone valves or intercepting valves are open.

The NTC flow probe is OK (10 kΩ a 25°C).
Check/clean/replace the main exchanger.
Flue pressure switch anomaly
230 VAC are present on clamps 6-7 of the connector X10 on the
P.C.B.

230 VAC are present on the fan clamps.
Replace the fan.

- the correct functioning of the boiler by-pass;
- the opening times of any zone valves (on requirement it is possible to

TA or CAR requests" parameter of the boiler);
- the correct functioning of any thermostatic valves.
No Replace the NTC probe.
