Check the sealing area of the cylinder for distortion using a
straight edge and the special tool.

Cylinder/cylinder head -

If the measured value does not meet specifications:
-
Change the cylinder head.
Check sealing seat width
Valve
Intake sealing seat width
Valve
Exhaust sealing seat
width
If the measured value does not meet specifications:
Machine the valve seat.

Blow compressed air through all oil channels and check that
they are clear.
Check the rocker arm shafts for damage and wear.
If there is damage or wear:
-
Change the rocker arm shafts.
