BPH-100 Post Hole Digger
Warning: When attaching the Post Hole Digger, Never allow anyone to stand between the

Back up the tractor to the Post Hole Digger, while lining up the lower tractor links to the Post Hole Digger
lower pins. It may be necessary to lift the implement with a hoist to hold it in position.
Stop the engine, set the brake and remove the key from the tractor and block the tractor tires.
Secure the tractor lower arms to the Post Hole Digger lower pins with lynch pins.
Remove the top link from the tractor and store in a safe place.
Attach the Post Hole Digger boom end directly to the top link mounting bracket on the tractor. Secure
Boom to Tractor with a top link pin and lynch pin.
Adjust the tractor sway bars/chains to center the Post Hole Digger and remove excess sway.
Operate the tractor hydraulic controls very slowly up and down. There should be no contact between the
Post Hole Digger or any part of the tractor. Failure to check clearance can result in damage to the Post
Hole Digger, tractor (especially the tires) and possible injury to the operator. Maintain no less than 6" of
clearance between the Post Hole Digger, tractor and tractor tires throughout the complete range of motion.
