TROUBLESHOOTING

Air Pressure loss
D Check the inflation tube(s) and valve(s) of the insert for damage.
D Inspect the insert to detect the presences of holes. If no holes are visible,
immerse the inflated insert (with the valve(s) tightly closed) in water. The
apparition of tiny air bubbles will allow you to locate the air leak.
D If a small hole is found, use the provided repair kit and follow the instructions
written below (see Repairing air leaks).
D If a large hole is found, consult the "Warranty" section.
Repairing air leaks
Included in the repair kit are the following items :
• 2 alcohol wipes
• 2 patches
1. Once the location of the leak is determined, use the hand pump security
valve to deflate the ImmAirsion
a. Unscrew the inflation valve cap of the insert.
Note : with the dual valve model only one valve can be used to deflate insert,
the other should remain closed.
b. Screw the metal adapter of the hand pump inflation tube onto the
inflation valve of the insert.
c. Unscrew the safety valve of the hand pump to release air.
d. The area around the hole should be clean and dry, use the provided
alcohol wipe to cleanse the area, wait 10 seconds.
2. Center and apply the adhesive side of the patch on the hole, press firmly
and flatten out until the patch becomes transparent. Wait 10 minutes.
3. Verify repair was effective by immersing the inflated insert (with the valve(s)
tightly closed) in water. Make sure no air bubbles are visible.
