1 - General safety rules

AINTENANCE IMPLEMENTATION
Your safety and the safety of the people around are essential.
Make sure the work area is clean in order to not to pollute the system of the machine.
Before performing any maintenance interventions, place the machine in maintenance configuration.
The maintenance support (on both sides of the machine) must be put in place before any maintenance
operations.
Placing the machine in maintenance configuration :
1. Place the machine on firm, level ground.
2. Check that the two E-stop buttons are unlocked.
3. Turn the ground control box selector key to ground control box.
4. Push the chassis raising switch upwards to raise the platform.
5. Unscrew and turn the 2 maintenance props so that they hang
vertically.
6. Push the ground control box lifting switch slowly downwards until
the maintenance props are bearing weight on the 2 fastening
points.
Before beginning any intervention on the machine, wait until the platform is completely stationary.

DRAIN PLUGS
Return the machine to operating configuration after maintenance has
been completed. This operation is performed on both sides of the
platform :
1. Check that the two E-stop buttons are unlocked.
2. Turn the ground control box selector key to ground control box.
3. Push the ground control box lifting switch slowly upwards until
the maintenance props are free from their fastening points.
4. Turn the maintenance props until they are in stowed position.
5. Screw up the maintenance props.
Never leave the hydraulic cylinders fully extended before switching off the machine, or when stationary
for an extended period of time. Keep the elements of the machine in configuration of maintenance
thanks to mechanics devices.
Report that the machine is under maintenance by tagging the platform and ground control boxes.
