All users: Users include trained auxilia-
ry personnel, operators and experts.
Experts: Experts are individuals, who
are, according to their professional ed-
ucation, able to install the equipment
and to operate the same.

Water prepared by the system for reuse
with a high-pressure cleaner.
Warranty
The warranty terms published by our com-
petent sales company are applicable in
each country. We will repair potential fail-
ures of the appliance within the warranty
period free of charge, provided that such
failure is caused by faulty material or de-
fects in fabrication.
In the event of a warranty claim please con-
tact your dealer or the nearest authorized
Customer Service centre. Please submit
the appliance, including all accessories,
and the proof of purchase.

Danger
Health Hazard - do not drink the processed
water. The cleaned waste water is not suit-
able for drinking. It still contains some re-
sidual contamination and detergent
residue.
Warning
Contact with water with microbiological or-
ganisms can be a health hazard. If the sys-
tem fails, there is a risk of growth of
microbial organisms in the recycled water.
Avoid contact with recycled water.
Behaviour in emergency situations
Switch off the system. Pull the mains
plug.

Caution
The equipment may only be installed by
KÄRCHER service engineers
persons authorized by KÄRCHER
Proper use
The system cleans oil-free wastewater
from vehicle washes and provides recycled
water for high pressure cleaners. The used
water can only be used for cleaning pro-
grammes (for e.g. preliminary washing,
high pressure cleaning). Processed water
is not suitable for use as rinsing water or for
applying drying aid or some other such pur-
pose.
Cleaning is done by:
Separating heavy parts that easily set-
tle down in the gravel filter.
Pre-requisites for smooth functioning:
Basin system according to the water
flow diagram shown in the "Function"
chapter.
Oil-free waste water in circulation in the
system.
Workstation
The workplace is located on the system
and is retracted only briefly for starting the
plant and for maintenance jobs.
