Securing the burner to the boiler

Prepare a suitable lifting system using rings
3)(Fig. 15).
 Fit the heat insulation supplied onto the blast tube
4)(Fig. 15).
 Fit the entire burner onto the boiler hole prepared previously
(Fig. 14 on page 17), and fasten with the screws supplied.
The seal between burner and boiler must be
airtight.

Access to head internal part

 Unhook the tie-rod 1)(Fig. 16) of the gas butterfly valve
movement lever, removing the nut.
 Disconnect the socket 2) of the gas pressure switch.
 Remove the 4 fixing screws 3).
 Open the burner on the hinge as in Fig. 16.
 Unhook the probe cables and electrode 4).
 Turn the underneath part of the elbow 5) anticlockwise up to
release it from its housing.
 Undo the screw 6) with pressure test point.
 Remove the internal part of the head 7).

Probe-electrode position

Check that the probe and the electrode are placed
as in Fig. 17, according to the dimensions indicat-
ed.
