Replacing the Fan (Desktop Only)

5 Attach the four rubber pins to the new fan.

6 Attach the new fan to the fan unit.

7 Slide the fan unit back into the PC until it clips into position.

8 Replace the system board, the status panel (described in this

chapter) and the fan's power connection to the backplane.

9 Replace the cover and front panel (described in this chapter).
