Replacing the System Board

1 Remove the computer's cover (described in this chapter).
2 If you have a minitower, lay it on its side.
3 Desktop: Remove the lower bracket.
Minitower: Remove the airflow guide (described in this chapter).
4 Remove the main memory, processor and any power or data
connectors from the old system board (described in this chapter).
