CAUTION
ONCE REMOVED, THE BATTERY MUST BE PUT AWAY IN A SAFE PLACE OUT
OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN.
•
Replace the glove compartment.
•
Replace the battery/glove compartment cover.
BATTERY CHARGER
•
Remove the battery from its housing.
•
Unscrew and remove the cell caps.
•
Check the battery electrolyte level.
•
Connect the battery to a battery charger.
•
It is advisable to recharge at a current of 1/10 of the battery rated capacity.
•
Once the battery is recharged, control the electrolyte level and top up with
distilled water if necessary.
•
Tighten the cell caps.
CAUTION
REFIT THE BATTERY ONLY 5-10 MINUTES AFTER DISCONNECTING THE
CHARGER AS THE BATTERY KEEPS PRODUCING GAS FOR A SHORT TIME.
