ORDERED PATROL
Alternatively the ZVR-500 will Patrol Preset positions in an Ordered manner.The menu displays the ORDER
(1 - 16) on the left and the associated PRESET (1 - 16) which will be recalled on the right.The menu also
displays the number of presets which are to be patrolled, EG PATROL- 2 PRESETS.
To set the number of presets to be patrolled press the <P> key to step through the range until the desired
number of presets are displayed.
To set the Order in which the presets are to be patrolled press the <O> key until the desired location in the
order is reached.Next press the <E> key to step through the preset range until the desired preset number is
displayed.This will then automatically associate the preset with the Order number displayed.
To set a dwell time for a particular preset select the ordered preset using the <O> key as above, then
increment the minutes and seconds displayed to the desired values using the <M> and <S> keys.
PRIVACY ZONES
Up to four Privacy zones can be configured to inhibit an operator viewing sensitive areas.
To set a privacy zone follow th procedure below.
Press the <V> key from the AUTO-POSITION menu to select PRIVCY ZONES
Use the <U> and <D> keys to select privacy zones 1.
Press the <A> key to activate the zone.Pressing this key a second time will de-activate the zone.
Position the camera at the top left corner of where you want the privacy zone to begin and set the zoom
active point by adjusting zoom.Press the <S> key to start the zone.
Position the camera at the bottom right corner of where you want the privacy zone to finish and press the
<S> key to save the zone.
Repeat this procedure to set privacy zones 2 to 4.
END STOPS
The ZVR-500 has an electronic end stops facility for Pan and Tilt providing a more flexible alternative to
normal mechanical end stops.
Select the <E> key from the AUTO-POSITION menu to display the END STOPS menu and proceed as follows to set
end stops.
Electronic end stops can be switched on and off
<P> to enable and disable Pan end stops
<T> to enable and disable Tilt end stops
Select Pan Left end stop by pressing the <S> key until Pan Left is displayed.
Pan the camera left with joystick until the desired position is reached.Now press the <S> key to save the end stop.
Repeat this procedure to set end stops for Pan Right,Tilt Up and Tilt Down.
