Can't remove the built-in tamper from the Power Smoothie Bowl.
•
The built-in tamper in the Power Smoothie Bowl is not removable. For cleaning
instructions, refer to the Care & Maintenance section.
Can only select speed 10 in Manual Mode when using the Power Smoothie Bowl or
Power Nutri Cup.
•
Only speed 10 is available when using the Power Smoothie Bowl or Power Nutri Cup.
All 10 speeds are available when using the Pitcher and Stacked Blade Assembly.
IMPORTANT: Only use speeds 1 or 2 when using the Dough Blade Assembly.
Ingredients overflowing stainless steel cup while grinding.

The stainless steel cup was overfilled. When adding ingredients, do not fill past the MAX
line (12 tablespoons).
