3 Select the appropriate print option from the Log menu
using the appropriate numeric key. You are prompted
to enter the dates of the event log period you wish to
print. Use the numeric keypad to enter the dates, press

' to confirm the date entered. If you make a

mistake, edit the date using the '
press the '
' button.

4 The display now changes to indicate that printing is
taking place as follows:

5 If the event log is being printed to a PC, the data can
be saved as a .csv (comma separated values Excel)
file for archiving purposes.
Note: The ID5x/6x Series offline configuration tool has
an option (under the Tools menu) to allow event or
device data to be retrieved from the panel and
saved on the PC.
6 To print the disablements, press the '

7 Select the appropriate option using the numeric
keypad. If disabled device data is available the print
screen changes to advise that printing is taking place.
For example, if option 2 Zone is selected the following
information is displayed:

printing is in progress, as below:

Note: The Maintenance log can hold up to 100 log
entries. Newer entries replace the oldest in the log.
