    Extremes in temperature, humidity, direct sunlight, shock or dust should be avoided. Clean the device and cuff with a dry, soft cloth or a cloth dampened with water and a neutral detergent. Never use alcohol, benzene, thinner or other harsh chemicals to clean the device or cuff.

    When (LOW BATTERY mark) blinks on the display, replace all batteries with new ones. Do not mix old and new batteries. It may shorten the battery life, or cause the device to malfunction. Replace the batteries two seconds or more after the device turns off.

    For the most accurate blood pressure measurement: • Sit comfortably on a chair. Rest your arm on the table. Do not cross your legs. Keep your feet on the floor and straighten your back. • Relax for several minutes before measurement.
