After steam cooking the display shows a message prompting to dry the oven.
Press YES to dry the oven.

After steam cooking or steam cleaning you can dry the cavity with this function.

11.11 How to use: Tank emptying

Remove all accessories.
The cleaning function removes the residual water from the water drawer. Use this function after
using the steam cooking function.
Select cleaning function from the menu: Cleaning. The user interface will guide you through the
procedure.
The function lasts around 6 minutes.
During the procedure the oven lamp is off.
Put the baking tray on the first shelf position.
Remove the baking tray after the end of the procedure.

11.12 How to remove and install: Door

You can remove the door and the internal glass panels to clean it. The number of glass panels
depends on specific model.
The door is heavy.
