BIOS Update

The BIOS Update page allows you to upgrade the storage system BIOS
to it's latest version.
Caution: Updating the BIOS is an inherently dangerous activity
that could potentially render your system inoperative. Without
the BIOS, the storage system will be unable to boot. Be sure to
back up all important files before starting the BIOS update
procedure.
Once you have successfully upgraded the BIOS, the storage system
restarts. Access to the IPStor Express Manager is temporarily
interrupted, and users will not be able to access the shared folders
during this process. If users have files open on the storage system, data
might be lost. Be sure to have all users save their changes and close any
open files before you upgrade the BIOS.
