Comfort safely
Choose the intensity level carefully
Intensity level refers to the intensity of the flash
emitted onto your skin during use, from the lowest
level to the highest level. The intensity lights around
the intensity button indicate the intensity level
at which the device is set. As the intensity level
increases, so do the results as well as the risk of side
effects (see chapter 'Risks of using Philips Lumea
Comfort').
Always start using Philips Lumea Comfort
at the lowest intensity level!
Only if you experience little or no discomfort during
and after use of Philips Lumea Comfort at the
lowest intensity level, raise the intensity by one level
the next time you use the device and so on for each
subsequent session.
For detailed instructions on setting the intensity level,
see section 'Treating with Philips Lumea Comfort'
in chapter 'How to use Philips Lumea Comfort'.
Avoid adverse effects!
- Do not treat the same area of skin more than
once during a session!
- Avoid overlapping flashes!
- If your skin blisters or burns, STOP USING
THE DEVICE IMMEDIATELY!
