find creating a VCD becomes easier and faster than ever. Without converting the recorded
video files via MPEG Encoder, you may directly convert the video clips while recording
them. This two-step process is listed below:

Recording and converting video clips via DVR
2.
Making a VCD via DVD Maker
Please read the following instructions to become thoroughly familiar with creating a VCD.

Step 1: Record and Convert Videos

The process of capturing and converting video from the input video source is:
a) Launch DVR.
b) Choose Property Settings to adjust settings for recording and converting.
c) Select an input source.
d) Click the REC button to start recording and click it again to stop.
e) The captured video clips have been recorded to your system.
Step-by-step instructions to start recording:
1.
Double-click DVR on the application bar of your DVD Plus's interface to launch
DVR.
2.
Choose Property Settings
Settings dialog box.
3.
On the Video Settings tab of the Property Settings dialog box, manually drag the
Brightness, Contrast, Hue, and Saturation sliders in the Fine Adjustment field
to make adjustments to the video image, or you may choose Default.
