Focusing on People's Eyes

With the AF method set to [u+Tracking], you can shoot with the subject's
eyes in focus.
Subject eyes may not be detected correctly, depending on the subject and
z
shooting conditions.

Select [Eye Detection AF].
Under the [z] tab, select [Eye
z
Detection AF], then press <0>.

Select [Enable].

Aim the camera at the subject.
An AF point is displayed around their
B
eye.
You can tap the screen to select an eye
z
for focus.
The entire face is selected when you tap
other facial features, such as their nose
or mouth. Eyes to focus on are selected
automatically.
You can select an eye or face with the
z
<Y> <Z> keys when < > or <p>
appears.
