Double-click [Network] in [Control Panel].

Select the [Configuration] tab, and then click [Add].

Select [Service], and then click [Add].

Select [Microsoft] in the [Manufacturers] list box.

Select [File and printer sharing for Microsoft Networks] in the
[Network Services] box, and then click [OK].

Click [File and Print Sharing].
NOTE
Be sure there is a check in the [I want to be able to allow others to print to my
printer(s)] check box.

Select the [Access Control] tab and check either [Share-level
access control] or [User-level access control].

Click [OK], and then restart Windows.
