Check that the cord is correctly positioned in the condensate container
It is strictly forbidden to install the heating cord inside the outdoor unit !
Reminder of the installation instructions:

Check that the heating cord IS NOT:
- crossed, overlaped or juxtaposed. Its curve radius is at least 25 mm.
- cut or shortened,
- twisted on its heating part,
- placed in contact with the evaporator,
- in contact with flammable substances,
- in contact with hot parts, or other electrical cables,
- in contact with temperature-sensitive parts or materials (The heating cord temperature can rise above 150 °C).
The heating cord MUST BE:
- protected from sharp or cutting edges
- attached with Class F aluminum tape on the condensate container
- or held by collars : Check that the tightening is not too strong on the cord to avoid damaging it by throttling.
- placed entirely outside the outdoor unit.
