NONINFRINGEMENT, AND ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS ON THE PART OF NIKON PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT IF THE
DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES IS INEFFECTIVE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW SHALL BE LIMITED TO FIVE (5) YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE
OR SUCH LONGER PERIOD AS MAY BE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
NIKON HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT,
EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR
ANY OTHER CLAIM WITH RESPECT TO THIS RANGEFINDER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CLAIMS OF NEGLIGENCE,
STRICT LIABILITY IN TORT OR BREACH OF CONTRACT.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW (A) LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR (8) THE EXCLUSION
OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY
NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH
VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
To obtain performance of the warranty obligations, the original consumer purchaser must return this Nikon product
together with this warranty form and the purchase receipt displaying the purchase date to the appropriate Nikon service
facility. The current address of Nikon's service facility within the United States can be obtained by visiting
www.nikonusa.com/service or by calling 1-800-645-6687.
In returning this Nikon product for repair or replacement or refund under this warranty, the original consumer purchaser
must prepay all postage, shipping transportation, insurance and delivery costs, and the Nikon product must be delivered
in either its original carton or a similar package affording an equal degree of protection. Nikon will not be responsible for
any loss or damage incurred in connection with the return of this Nikon product.
THIS WARRANTY FORM MAY NOT BE REPRODUCED OR COPIED AND WILL BE VALID ONLY WITH AUTHENTIC
RANGEFINDERS SOLD BY NIKON AND PURCHASED FROM A NIKON AUTHORIZED DEALER.
