The passwords are case-sensitive. The KBox E-420-R1K/V1K provides no factory-set passwords. If there is already a password installed, the system asks for this first. Remember the password It is highly recommended to keep a record of all passwords in a safe place. Forgotten passwords results in being locked out of the system.
