No applications start within 60 seconds after the power is turned on.
• Loose connection of RAM-DIMM, ROM-DIMM
• Defective controller
• Software problem
1. Check if the DIMM memory is correctly connected.
2. Reinstall the controller system firmware.
3. Replace the controller.
