Welcome and thank you for choosing NEC Mobile phone. This device will automatically send
information of factory serial number (IMEI number) to our managing system via background. The
information will help you inquire the perchase time and repair term in case that you lose the maintenance card
or invoice. The register information will be sent to out managing system by means of message. A general fees
of SMS communication will be taken by the network operator: 0.10 or 0.15yuan, no extra fees for other
information.
◆ Emergency service
In any nation, if wanting to dial emergency telephone, then you can directly dial 112 (or other emergency
service telephone), you must confirm your mobile phone power is on and is within the service region, then
input the emergency service number (112 or other numbers) and press "send" key to call telephone.
In any digital network , 112 emergency telephone service is set. In England you can also use 999 backup emergencycalling number, but you must insert valid SIM card.
Note：Because of the natural property of the cell network, it can not be ensured that each emergency call
can be successful.
