REMOTE START TROUBLESHOOTING

If your iDataStart HC3 remote fails to start the vehicle, the parking lights* will flash three times
immediately, then flash a number of times according to the errors below:

3 + 10
3 + 11
NOTE: Parking lights must be connected at installation to enable troubleshooting flashes. Ask your
Authorized Dealer for details.

Engine is already running
Key in ignition at ON position
Trunk is open
Foot brake is ON
Hood is open
Tach failure
System is in Valet Mode
CAN communication failure

SOLUTION
Turn engine OFF
Remove key from ignition
Close trunk
Release foot brake
Close hood
Contact Authorized Dealer
Exit Valet Mode
