Step 4: Start-Up
1. Connect all electrical power;
CAUTION! If the power cord from the transformer
to the unit looks or becomes damaged,
the cord and transformer should be
replaced by a Kohler Service Agent or
similarly qualified person in order to
avoid a hazard.
CAUTION! Do not touch the power plug with a wet
hand.
CAUTION! Do not connect and pull out the power
plug repeatedly.
CAUTION! If our product produces a strange
noise or odd smell, immediately
unplug from the electrical outlet and
call our Service Center.
2. When the first stage filter is brand new / replaced (must be
reset first), the system will do washout 5 minutes to get it
ready for making clean water. And the indicator light will
be 3 columns waterfall effect. Make sure the filtration
faucet be turned off. (Figure 11)
3. After the brand new system 5 minutes auto flush/RO-filter
replaced&reset, The users need open the water filtration
faucet 30 minutes for membrane flushing, if not, the
second stage LED will blink with 10 seconds Interval
repeat short beep till the faucet be opened. After 30
minutes, users can closed the faucet, goes to next step.

Note: The initial product water can't be used as drinking or
cooking water.
Washout
Note: In order to ensure the drinking water safety, Please run
the system follow this method during initial steps after
the brand new unit installed / RO-filter replaced:
After 35 minutes new system flush, you still need run
pure water 10 minutes and drain out after every 4
hours stand by, please repeat those procedure 7 times.
Then you can use the product water for drinking.
If only replace the 1, 3 stage, run the pure water 30
minutes.
Step 5: Test System
Turn off the water filtration faucet, Keep the cold water

supply valve turned on. Check all fittings and tubings for
leaks. If it leaks, see Troubleshooting.
Complete the installation and cleanup.

pipe & drain pipe is already connected,
the system will automatically start
washing and draining before
connecting power when the system is
brand new.
