Mounting and Connection to Data Acquisition Boards

The SC-2060 has metal standoffs so the board can sit on a workbench near the host computer. You
can use an optional rack-mount chassis, which can be fitted with a flat acrylic plastic cover. The SC-
2060 grounds to its metal standoffs, and thus to the rack, when it is mounted in the chassis.
Warning:
The SC-2060 must be completely enclosed if any onboard voltages or voltage differences
across the optoisolators can exceed 30 V.
The SC-2060 connects to the data acquisition boards listed in Table 2-1 via the appropriate
SC-205X Series cable adapter board.
