Deterioration due to misuse of the appliance's stainless steel surfaces.

Warping of the cooking surface due to thermal shock (e.g. by placing

ice on hot cooking surface)
Breakage due to dropping or impact.

Discolouration of the cooking surface (it is normal for the surface

to darken after repeated use; this is part of the curing process
and does not affect cooking whatsoever).
Sticking foods: this is due not to any surface defect but rather to

misuse (inadequate greasing or failure to follow curing instructions)
Availability period of replacement parts
In accordance with Article L 111
we anticipate an availability period for replacement parts for
repairable products of five years from the date of manufacture.
However, this availability is guaranteed only in the country in which
the product was purchased.
