    INTRODUCTION Thank you for choosing Tamerica’s TCC-1655HC Laminating Machine, designed to provide years of useful service for your lamination needs. Upon receipt, please in- spect the box/crate, the machine, and all other contents for any signs of shipping damage which should immediately be brought to the attention of the delivery carrier.

    ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION Laminator Stand Support beam Left leg assembly Right leg assembly Insert the supplied allen screws through the holes to attach the support beam into one side of the stand. Repeat the process on the other side. Fully tighten with allen key only after all screws have been properly aligned and inserted.
  • Page 8 Before securing the laminator on the stand, take note the shorter span should be facing front while the longer span should be facing the rear. Insert the sup- plied phillips screw through the holes & tighten to secure the laminator onto the stand.
  • Page 9 Attach the bracket on the right-hand side of the machine using screws specific to their placement. Repeat the process on the left-hand side of the machine.
  • Page 10 Attach the bracket for the bottom supply roll by way of 2 phillips screws. This is on the left-hand side. Here’s another view. Here’s another view. Attach the bracket for the bottom supply roll on the bottom right-hand side. Notice the notch which is not present on for the bracket on the other side.

    MACHINE OPERATION Hot Lamination 1. Load the film with the adhesive side facing the roll (adhesive in) onto the sup- plied mandrels. 2. Attach the mandrels to the top and bottom brackets then feed the film through the rollers following the guide below.

    TEMPERATURE AND SPEED MEMORY SETTINGS The laminator has speed and temperature adjustability and can be programmed to store 2 values with speed and temperature settings of your choice using the M1 & M2 buttons. It can also be used for cold lamination by pressing the COLD button. How to change memory value: 1.

    MAINTENANCE 1. Adjust to the adequate tension setting by way of the tension knob. If the tension is too tight, the film can get too stretched. 2. Disengage the rollers with Roller Gap Lever and adjust to Standby when not in use. This will help prevent the machine from overheating.
