Timeout as 3 sec for example, and File Extension as txt, then after received text data from opposite IrDA device, ACT-IR100UD-MDT will automatically popup a received file to text editor like Notepad as shown below, 3 sec after. It will also generate a log file entry of the receive file name, date and time as shown in below screen.
