Ranger FLIR
Note: The Ranger FLIR protocol is effective from version 2.08 firmware onwards
Data connection
A single Ranger FLIR camera is supported by each RD316 module. Field cables may
connect to DB25 pin pair 7(B) and 20(A) or pin pair 8(B) and 21(A). The data rate/frame
specification is 19k2, 8 data bits, no parity, 1 stop bit. The special functions within the
Ranger FLIR camera are mapped to the following MAXPRO-Net® functions:
power on/off
auto brightness toggle
power standby
reticle on/off
polarity toggle
calibration
video overlay toggle
home
brightness control
contrast control
as set node
as start
as stop
as rate 400
as rate 600
as rate 800
