My RPLS730B Has worked Flawlessly for quite some time. There is power going to the switch - Used as an off and on switch as needed. Now when switch is used, small pump does not work. Switch shows on and off, however, when on switch is used the "on" indicator is flashing? Not sure if this means switch not working and or the pump not working?

No, the Honeywell RPLS730B switch is not necessarily malfunctioning if the "On" indicator is flashing and the connected pump does not work. The flashing indicator means that the state is temporary and will be maintained until the next programmed event or until the main button is pressed again. Check if the pump is properly connected, ensure the circuit breaker is not tripped, and verify that the switch is configured correctly.
