Assembly Instructions

Important: Ensure there are no

electrical cables or water pipes

in the wall before drilling any

holes.

Ensure that the wall or beam

that you attach the Punchbag

bracket to, is of sound

construction.

Mark and drill fixing holes using

a 12mm drill bit. Attach the

bracket and Chain link to the

wall.

The bracket must be fixed to a

solid surface and not a cavity

or plaster board wall.

Ensure the Punchbag bracket

is securely attached before

each use.

Ensure the Punchbag is

securely attached to the Safety

hook.

Each expansion bolt shall

support at least 75kg loading.
