5. Place the ball mounting bracket 0.3 in. (8 mm) below
the awning rail in the center of the awning storage
bag.
I Refer to the product manual for awning
component locations.
6. Mark the screw locations.
7. Drill two 9/64 in. pilot holes.
8. Fill the screw holes with silicone sealant.
9. Secure the ball mounting bracket to the mounting
location with the screws.
10. Fit the ball end of the rafter into the ball mounting
bracket.
11. Twist the rafter to shorten it to the desired length.
12. Fit the button into the joint coupler in the center of
the awning lead rail.
13. Apply tension to the awning poles and twist the
rafter until it locks in place.
5 Disposal
Place the packaging material in the appropriate

recycling waste bins, whenever possible.
Consult a local recycling center or specialist
dealer for details about how to dispose of
the product in accordance with all applicable
national and local regulations.
